Although it was established on Maui nearly two decades ago in the town of Paia, Cafe Mambo has recently undergone a breathtaking transformation. It has emerged as a Australian/European style cafe that uses local ingredients to create an exceptional dining experience.
The remiagend resturant has opened its doors in March 2024 with an allday breakfast/lunch menu. Local favorites inlcude the breakfast buritto served with homemade habanero jelly, the lemon ricotta pancakes served with blackberry compote, rosemary syrup and powdered sugar and the smash burger served with french fries.
